Process Control Engineering Services

We collect and analyse time series data to make meaningful conclusions such as whether or not most of the variation is real, to what extent it can be reduced, what are probable causes such shortcomings of valves, process issues, measurement problems or tuning. We design and improve controls and tune them.

Data Analysis Software (Analyse-Plus)

Analyse-Plus allows you to import and graph in unique ways and to analyse time series collected from your process such as flows, pressures, consistencies, etc. to find correlations and common frequencies and to make conclusions. We are users of Analyse-Plus as well as the designers and programmers so we thoroughly test and debug our products with real-world data long before release to our customers.

Analyse-Plus allows you to perform a week of importing and analysis in an hour and provides definitive results as opposed to subjective visual interpretations. Spend your time and resources on making conclusions and solving problems instead of spending them importing data, trying to make useful graphs using software meant for simple business problems and making uncertain subjective conclusions. Then implement your solutions and save money by implementing them much sooner. Make captures of simple yet convincing graphs, frequency spectra or cross-correlations to share with others to move the team to the correct conclusions and solutions as quickly as possible.

Analyse-Plus Add-Ons

• Do Profile Analysis after importing profile data and show a False Colour Display to visualize the variation, make meaningful conclusions and verify or understand variability stats.
• Use our PID Simulator to simulate tuning settings with realistic data or non-ideal conditions to verify them before entering them into your control system.
• Use our Import Tools to import digitally collected setpoint, PV and output data from certain Valmet/Metso and ABB DCS’s. These save a great deal of time and handle collection errors etc.
